Penhaligon's Halfeti inspired by the Turkish village of Halfeti and its unique black roses, featuring notes of oud, leather, spices (saffron, cardamom), and citrus. It can also refer to the historical Turkish town of Halfeti, famous for these dark red "black roses" that grow by the Euphrates River, notes of which are captured in the perfume.
